Is Arn Anderson the New Manager at Cody Rhodes? This Is What We Know Thus Far

Before returning to the Stamford-based federation, the American Nightmare was instrumental in the creation and setup of All Elite Wrestling. The fact that Double A Arn Anderson served as his manager during the Tony Khan-led promotion enhanced the authenticity of his persona. Even though he left professional wrestling almost 25 years ago, Arn Anderson is still regarded as one of the industry's most recognizable figures.

with 2019, the American professional wrestler of the past enrolled with the Jacksonville-based promotion. Anderson and Cody made the ideal combination. However, this pair split up once the former left and rejoined WWE. Though Anderson also left AEW at the end of May, there have been reports and conjectures ever since regarding his possible joining the WWE and managing the current WWE Universal Champion. The wish appears to have come true since that Anderson was recently photographed in the WWE with the American Nightmare.

The 2024 SummerSlam is happening at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland tonight. Cody Rhodes will face Solo Sikoa one-on-one in the main event of the show. Prior to the game against Solo Sikoa, Rhodes went backstage and saw Anderson. Anderson, being an effective manager, gave the former

AEW player some pointers. Is Anderson Rhodes' manager back in place now? Unfortunately, it appears that this was an isolated incident for the fans. Anderson was recently asked about his encounter with WWE's Cody Rhodes while he was on Busted Open Radio. The WWE Hall of Famer acknowledged that neither party had really discussed it, but he was open to the idea.

Would I return under the right circumstances for a brief something with Cody? he asked. Please let me know if you think it's a good idea; I'm not sure. That would be significant because he and I never had that chat. Additionally, following the incident that erupted a few weeks ago, or whenever it was

announced on your show, it was then realized that "He's coming back." I texted him to let him know that his wife had been sick, and I inquired about both of their well-being, asking, "Everything going okay?" We sent a few texts back and forth, but nothing ever came of it.

We'll have to wait and watch if Cody Rhodes and Arn Anderson end up reconciling in the upcoming days, weeks, or months. But for Anderson, who is still full of respect for the Universal Champion and feels that Rhodes should always be considered a great talent, this looks like the right choice.

The renowned WWE Hall of Famer discussed the American Nightmares celebration at WrestleMania XL a few weeks ago on his ARN podcast. The evening that Rhodes' father's and the pro wrestling world applauded him for realizing their goal. Consequently, Anderson had some nice things to say about Rhodes, considering that he was one of the main inspirations in the champion's life. He was valued by him for being a well-rounded professional who was a great fit for the lead character in the Stamford-based promotion.

He went on, "He has an impeccable lineage and he loves the business." You know, I mean all these good things about his father and his brother. And he's a man you can definitely count on for a match if you need 40 minutes this evening. "Cody, how much time do you have left?" "Not a problem." Not everyone is able to maintain that level of performance for the entire 40–45 minute match. They are happy to have him back and realize what they have. You are able to tell that you know. He is a master in every way.

It should be recalled that, only a few weeks before to making these remarks, "The American Nightmare" made a comment indicating that, should he become WWE Undisputed Champion, he might like a manager. It would not be surprising to see them together once more given that Anderson is no longer with AEW and just made a WWE debut. How do you feel? Will the Hall of Famer take over as American Nightmare's manager? Tell us in the comments below.
